Assist in establishing strong security and privacy controls and implement data protection and privacy regulations, industry standards as well as best practices. Assist in assessing how Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is collected, used, disclosed, and retained over the course of information lifecycle.

Assist in identifying the AI use cases based on industry trends, innovative research, and business problems/challenges that can be solved through use of AI. Once identified we assist in prioritizing the use cases based on defined criteria such as business value, data availability & quality, AI complexity, operationalization complexity, stakeholder change required.

Assist in defining the Target State capability map to level set of capabilities required to deliver on the defined AI strategy. The AI and Data Management capability assessments informs which capabilities are needed.

Assist in defining the Target State Technology Architecture based on specific requirements and industry best practices. We assist in building the Technology architecture that best fit your needs and delivers on required target state capabilities.

Assist in defining a unique roadmap with sequence of initiatives to achieve AI vision and realize meaningful and sustainable business value.
